Step As One was established from the idea of wanting to provide Services To Empower People (STEP) to live their very best life and working together to achieve this.

Our practice leads have extensive specialised knowledge and experience supporting people who have complex disability needs including:

• forensic disabilities,
• dual and psychosocial disabilities,
• substance dependency,
• complex trauma,
• complex behaviours,
• participants who have contact with multiple service systems.

We have experience working with people in community based or secure treatment settings who are either about to, or currently, reintegrating into the community.

Our practice leads each have over 20 year’s experience in the disability field in the government and private sectors, working with people who have complex needs and may be high risk to self and others.
